Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental compliance across US data center operations.

You will develop programs, conduct site assessments, and drive OSHA compliance while coordinating training for operations teams and stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s in safety or related field, OSHA certifications, and 5+ years of direct safety experience in a data center or industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or equivalent.
• OSHA training and certifications are a plus.
• CSHO, SHEP or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and coordinate safety training for operations staff and stakeholders.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes and preventive measures.
• Oversee OSHA compliance for the operations department.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure safety program adherence.
• Maintain and present EHS dashboards and reports.
