Job summary

Ada Infrastructure, part of Ares Management's global platform, seeks an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs across US data centers. You will implement local policies aligned with global standards, manage risk assessments, and lead incident investigations while collaborating with engineering and construction teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001/14001), and build a proactive safety culture across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in EHS role, with prior managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with contractor safety programs.
• Proficiency in EHS management software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Policy development and risk management for local EHS standards.
• Incident management including investigations and corrective actions.
• Regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and related standards.
• Safety training for employees and contractors; evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Monitoring and reporting EHS metrics; leadership reporting on trends and improvements.
• EHS in design to mitigate risks during early project phases and design reviews.
