Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co is seeking an eCommerce Product Solutions Manager in Merchant Services to shape client-facing product solutions for the eRetail, B2B Solutions, and Tech sectors. You will define, configure, and advocate for solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends, working closely with Sales and Product teams.

You will partner with Sales to position offerings, support pricing, and help train teams on product knowledge while contributing to an ambitious fintech expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle and client engagement.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, configuring optimal solutions.
• Bring expertise to merchant payments for eRetail, B2B Solutions, and Technology sectors and collaborate with Sales to position to clients.
• Serve as SME on defined products and capabilities in merchant payments for specified industries, understanding client needs and trends.
• Support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and training collateral materials.
• Engage with client teams to understand pain points and relay feedback to Product teams for roadmap.
