• Execution rigor with attention to detail and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Strong operational and risk orientation for reliable services and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering/Business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, technology, design, and analytics to define and deliver customer journeys and platform strategies.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, stabilization, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate outcomes into clear requirements, KPIs, and user stories.
• Shape requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure scalable, reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to influence design, validate readiness, and ensure performance and control.
• Own roadmap sequencing, prioritization, and agile execution for measurable outcomes.
• Establish production ownership with monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvements.
• Drive platform adoption and partner enablement through easier integration and onboarding.
• Ensure a strong risk and controls posture with risk, legal, and governance teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product team focused on accountability and outcomes.
