Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategic analytics.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL; Tableau and analytics tools like Alteryx.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics for implementation, reporting, and insights.
• Strong statistical/econometric foundation with experimentation and measurement experience (A/B testing, causal inference).
• Strong analytics skills using SAS, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication to translate models for leadership.
• Exposure to enterprise AI enablement and LLM workflows.
• Ability to apply AI and automation to improve analyses and workflows.
