- 10+ years in a Technology leadership role with financials and metrics.
- Hands-on software engineering or architecture earlier in career.
- Experience leading 100+ resources across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap and capability strategy.
- Lead cross-cutting engineering capabilities for Health100.
- Own digital account/profile management and digital payments engineering.
- Guide AI solutions and generative AI capabilities at scale.
- Define SLOs/SLAs and ensure reliability and security.
- Drive rapid, high-quality execution in a regulated healthcare environment.
