This executive role oversees internal engineers, vendor partners, and senior stakeholders, driving a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and rapid delivery while ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure, patient‑facing experiences.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record delivering full‑stack digital products at scale in regulated domains.
- Experience leading large, globally distributed teams.
- Executive-level communication and influence in strategic forums.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end engineering delivery for Health100’s digital health solutions (web, mobile, backend).
- Drive agile, iterative delivery with pilot-first mindset and short release cycles.
- Define and maintain engineering standards for code quality, architecture, security, and scalability.
