- 15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record delivering full-stack digital products at scale in regulated environments.
- Experience leading large, globally distributed engineering teams and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for Health100's digital health solutions.
- Drive agile, pilot-first delivery with short release cycles and fast feedback loops.
- Define and enforce engineering standards for code quality, security, and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and AI leads to sequence the roadmap.
