Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital software development and engineering.
• 10+ years in technology leadership with financial & operations oversight.
• Hands-on background in software engineering or architecture.
• Experience leading 100+ engineers across time zones.
• Partnership with Product to shape roadmap and capability strategy.
• Proven rapid delivery in fast, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Co-own Health100 roadmap and capability definition with Product leadership.
• Lead cross-cutting engineering for identity, payments, AI, and solutions.
• Own secure digital account/profile capabilities and consent controls.
• Oversee PCI-DSS compliant payments integrations and reliability.
• Translate requirements into designs and reusable frameworks.
• Scale Generative AI and agentic capabilities with minimal disruption.
• Define SLOs/SLAs and manage incident response and observability.
• Drive action‑oriented development and avoid over-planning.
• Collaborate with CVS Health divisions to ensure integration.
• Manage large engineering teams and foster ownership culture.
