Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in digital software development and engineering
- 10+ years in a Technology leadership position with managing financials and metrics
- Hands‑on software engineer or architect earlier in career, fluent in code and design
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams totaling 100+ resources
- Track record partnering with Product to shape roadmap and capability strategy
Responsibilities
- Define and shape Health100 roadmap and capability set with Product leadership
- Lead cross‑cutting engineering capabilities: digital accounts, payments, solutions engineering, and AI
- Own engineering for digital account and profile capabilities, including identity and privacy controls
- Oversee digital payments engineering, PCI‑DSS compliance, and transaction reliability
- Lead Solutions Engineering to translate requirements into architecture and reusable patterns
- Lead AI Solutions for Generative AI and agentic capabilities with minimal member impact
- Ensure production reliability with SLOs/SLAs, incident response, and observability
- Drive rapid iteration and pragmatic build/buy decisions in a regulated healthcare environment
- Collaborate with CVS Health leaders to integrate Health100 with adjacent platforms
- Manage a large engineering team and foster ownership, urgency, and outcomes
