Chase seeks a Product Manager in Digital Assistance to guide the agentic platform powering Digital Self-Service products for consumers. You will own end-to-end delivery, define strategy, and collaborate with technology and analytics teams to scale agentic experiences with speed and quality.

The role emphasizes discovery, backlog ownership, and strong metrics while steering cross-functional partners toward a unified product vision in a dynamic banking tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI/agentic products and LLMs.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to boost productivity.
• Strong analytical skills to measure AI system quality and performance.
• Proven delivery in agile development and software lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Leads discovery, market research, and roadmap integration.
• Maintains backlog to support strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds metrics framework for cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Own end-to-end delivery for the platform; coordinate with teams.
• Ensure requirements delivery from start to finish; triage issues.
• Partner with technology and analytics stakeholders on the platform.
• Apply quality frameworks to validate platform and agent performance.
• Shape strategy and influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
