Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with governance and data sensitivity understanding.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and escalate when unsure.
• Background in development or SRE.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record managing resources, budgets, and teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• Leverage AI-driven planning, RAID, and executive updates with data sensitivity in mind.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align scope and goals.
• Analyze program performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Champion agile delivery and promote AI-assisted governance and reporting.
