Job summary

Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking - Technology team is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex technology programs end-to-end, aligning with business goals and risk controls.

You will lead cross-functional engineering, product, and operations partners, champion agile delivery, and leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, tracking, and governance while ensuring robust risk management and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations.
• Must have a background in development or SRE.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record managing resources, budgets, and teams in agile environments.
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with validated outputs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and executing contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Assess program performance with data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery alignment.
