Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Vice President, Product Lead, Design System and Accessibility to steer the design system program and accessibility initiatives within the UX organization. This leader will drive vision, product strategy, and deployment to deliver cost savings and faster time to market for Fidelity’s product teams.

The role manages a diverse team including product managers, engineers, analysts, and design specialists, guiding roadmap priorities and enterprise-wide communication

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a design or related product role with proven team leadership
• Experience driving feature prioritization, releases, and trade-offs with customer input
• Strong understanding of design systems and their role in product design/build
• Passion for inclusive, accessible experiences for all users
• Proven ability to scale high-performing teams through coaching and workforce planning
• Strong grasp of digital product development, architecture, and modern design-system practices
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizations
• Collaborative and solution-oriented leadership with intellectual humility and resilience

Responsibilities

• Lead team of product managers and contributors to deliver reusable assets, standards, accessibility tools, and support for Web, iOS, Android teams
• Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps based on user data and feedback and manage trade-offs
• Provide leadership during plan execution, remove barriers, ensure transparency
• Work with analysts and Finance to measure usage, impact, and program value
• Ensure enterprise-wide communication on program goals and expectations for teams
• Communicate progress and strategic direction to executive leadership
• Operate as a senior leader within UX to evolve design practices
