Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Director of Engineering to own the strategy, execution, and evolution of integrated web and desktop experience platforms within the Asset Management Technology Foundations organization.

You will mentor teams, shape technical direction, and partner with architecture, UX, product, and security leaders to raise standards, deliver scalable platforms, and drive AI-enabled interoperability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise integrated experience platforms, owning strategy and execution for web and desktop UI foundations.
• Demonstrated ownership of design systems and shared UI component libraries, including governance, adoption, and long‑term evolution.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor engineers across platforms, ownership of strategy and long‑term technical direction.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, UX, and security to align on platform standards and delivery.
• Drive modern engineering practices including cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Champion engineering excellence, reliability, accessibility, and quality across applications.
