JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Accessibility Lead VP to steer digital accessibility across our component library and product ecosystem. You will partner with product, design, engineering, QA, research, standards, and content teams to embed accessibility in reusable components, patterns, documentation, and tooling for web and mobile platforms.

You will drive governance, establish scalable guidance, and advocate inclusive solutions while staying current with accessibility standards and evolving

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience supporting accessibility across digital products.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and WAI-ARIA.
• Experience with enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to translate accessibility requirements into clear design guidance, technical recommendations, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex patterns.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a lead Digital Accessibility advisor for our component library across web and mobile components, patterns, documentation, and tools.
• Provide early accessibility guidance during discovery, design, development, testing, release, and adoption.
• Translate standards into actionable design guidance and lead technical discussions on complex accessibility questions.
• Evaluate component behavior across assistive technologies and platforms.
• Identify recurring accessibility risks and propose improvements to components and practices.
• Coach teams on accessibility considerations across the design-system lifecycle.
• Communicate risks and progress to technical teams, product leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Support responsible use of AI-enabled tools with validation and controls.
