Qualifications

• 7+ years of design/UX research experience including leading studies.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Human Factors, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with the Jobs to Be Done framework.
