Responsibilities

• Drives cross-functional project execution across business, design, and tech.
• Manages backlogs, defines initiatives, and tracks KPIs for decisions.
• Clarifies requirements with analysts and scrum masters to remove impediments.
• Develops enterprise design system plans for consistency across platforms.
• Maintains UX materials and guidelines; ensures up-to-date documentation.
• Leads initiatives to solve business problems and evaluates new solutions.
• Articulates technology strategy and roadmaps to stakeholders.
