You will build and leverage relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers, drive a structured territory plan, and lead advisor education plus events.

You will coordinate with product specialists, use CRM data and AI tools, and collaborate with Apollo's Global Wealth teams to win together.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong command of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels; translate relationships into field opportunities.
• Knowledge of the defined contribution market, ERISA fundamentals, and expertise in private assets or guaranteed income.

• Own the annual territory sales target across the full Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offering.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams, converting national partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors, a cadence, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; coordinate with product specialists for depth.
• Partner with Apollo's Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and win together.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
