Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Mesh Enablement & Onboarding Product Manager to own the operating model for onboarding, access, and certification across the Data Mesh ecosystem (including Galaxy).

Qualifications

• 7 yrs of VP-level experience in product management, platform operations, data operations, or enablement roles.
• Strong data acumen and ability to translate stakeholder questions into actionable guidance.
• Experience running intake, triage, and workflow management using tools such as ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to manage certification-based processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong operational rigor with clear documentation and metrics-driven improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to support end users and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding lead for Asset & Wealth Management Data Mesh/Galaxy, guiding steps, prerequisites, and timelines.
• Own intake and triage for data inquiries, manage ServiceNow tickets related to data questions and access requests.
• Coordinate the bi-annual Sandbox Certification process, plan the cycle, track completions, minimize exceptions.
• Approve the SmartApproval queue for SID/FID onboarding ensuring governance compliance.
• Govern BGO roles in WEAVE, including certification workflows and use-case validation.
• Provide high-confidence Q&A on data availability, usage guidance, and blocking resolutions.
• Drive operational maturity by standardizing playbooks, SLAs, self-service paths, and leadership metrics.
• Partner with control, governance, and platform teams to stay audit-ready.
