Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Asset & Wealth Management Data organization seeks a Data Mesh Enablement & Onboarding Product Manager to own the operating model for onboarding, access, and certification across the Data Mesh ecosystem (including Galaxy). You will serve as the front-line go-to for onboarding guidance, entitlement approvals, and user support to ensure scalable, controlled, and repeatable processes.

7+ years at VP level in product mgmt or similar.
Strong data acumen and governance understanding.
Experience managing onboarding, access, and certification processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as onboarding lead for Data Mesh/Galaxy with guidance on steps and timelines.
Own intake/triage for data inquiries and ServiceNow tickets.
Coordinate Sandbox Certification cycles with stakeholders.
Approve SmartApproval queue for SID/FID onboarding.
Govern WEAVE roles and certification workflows.
Provide high-confidence Q&A on data availability and onboarding blockers.
Standardize playbooks, define SLAs, and build metrics for leadership.
Partner with governance to keep processes audit-ready.
