Job summary

You will partner with compute, network, storage, and cloud teams to close data visibility gaps, define data contracts, and establish governance and lineage across the data mesh. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, collaboration, and durable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in data modeling, pipeline development, and data quality engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with ability to build reliable, testable data transformations and integrations.
• Experience diagnosing data quality issues and implementing controls to prevent recurrence.
• Ability to work with partner teams and manage data contracts.

Responsibilities

• Embed with infrastructure product teams to discover current-state data sources, ownership, definitions, formats, and quality gaps, and translate findings into a measurable enablement plan.
