Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President for Onboarding Product Development to lead complex internal programs with a strong data component.

You will own multi-workstream delivery, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and partner with Product, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders in a hybrid environment. You will collaborate across teams to ensure predictable delivery, establish governance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience delivering product or technology programs.
• Experience delivering in a hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project for planning and tracking.
• Demonstrated budget responsibility with forecasting and financial tracking.
• Strong data fluency and collaboration with data teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including executive-ready status reporting.
• Experience delivering internal applications (enterprise workflows, operational tools, platforms).
• Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CSM/SAFe, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own program planning and execution across multiple workstreams for internal applications.
• Translate product strategy and requirements into integrated plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid delivery model (Agile + Waterfall).
• Build and manage program budgets (forecasting, tracking, variance management).
• Establish governance: operating cadence, executive updates, RAID, and change control.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders; surface decisions and provide options/recommendations.
• Coordinate releases and readiness (definition of done, acceptance criteria, cutover plans).
• Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and metrics to increase transparency and predictability.
