Job summary

You will drive onboarding, data onboarding strategies, and ensure successful implementations while adhering to risk and compliance requirements. This role emphasizes collaboration with federated teams and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or related domain.
• Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong track record of implementing continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Experience in release management and deployment strategies.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with data platforms and ETL pipelines.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery and onboarding across federated teams.
• Partner with engineering practice leads to improve onboarding and platform changes.
• Manage roadmaps and communicate benefits and business outcomes.
• Understand new data sources and how they integrate with Payments data.
• Oversee intake, dependency management, release management, and product reporting.
• Coordinate change management activities across partners ensuring risk/compliance alignment.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resource needs.
