JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Mesh Enablement & Onboarding Product Manager for Asset & Wealth Management.

You will own the operating model for onboarding, access, and certification across the Data Mesh ecosystem, serving as the front-line go-to for guidance, approvals, and user support to enable governed data products. The role requires strong data acumen, stakeholder management, and a process-driven approach with experience in ServiceNow and certification-based controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in VP-level product/operations enablement or equivalent.
• Strong data acumen to translate questions into actionable guidance.
• Experience running intake, triage, and workflow management using enterprise tooling like ServiceNow.
• Experience cert-based processes with multiple stakeholders (reviews, attestations).
• Operational rigor with clear documentation, repeatable processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication to support end users and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onboarding lead for Asset & Wealth Management Data Mesh/Galaxy with clear guidance on steps and timelines.
• Own intake and triage for data inquiries via ServiceNow tickets for data questions and access requests.
• Coordinate and manage the bi-annual Sandbox Certification process, tracking completions and documenting exceptions.
• Approve the SmartApproval queue for SID/FID onboarding to ensure governance before activation.
• Govern BGO roles in WEAVE, including certification workflows and use-case validation.
• Provide high-confidence Q&A on data availability and proper usage to stakeholders.
• Drive operational maturity by standardizing playbooks, SLAs, and self-service paths with measurable leadership metrics.
• Partner with control, governance, and platform teams to stay audit-ready and aligned with firm standards.
