Job summary

FourFound is seeking a Development Manager to grow its U.S. data center portfolio. You will identify, acquire, and advance powered land, hyperscale, and colocation opportunities across priority markets, coordinating with internal teams to assess viability and risk.

The role requires navigating power, fiber, permitting, and infrastructure challenges in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with a focus on strategic site development and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across data center site selection, land acquisition, real estate development, or powered land development.
• Experience identifying strategic sites and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial judgment and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and advance powered land, hyperscale, and colocation opportunities across priority U.S. markets.
• Assess sites for power availability, utility infrastructure, fiber, land constraints, and permitting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate site viability and project risk.
• Support market entry and campus growth initiatives in AI and cloud infrastructure markets.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, utilities, municipalities, and local stakeholders.
• Lead front-end diligence including title, survey, zoning, entitlement, and environmental reviews.
