Job summary

Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will build relationships with hyperscale end customers, capital partners, and utilities while guiding multiple projects through zoning, due diligence, and construction oversight. This position requires a strategic, business‑minded leader capable of scaling Provident's platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in horizontal real estate development including site identification and entitlements.
• Experience with data centers, hyperscale or mission-critical development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate hyperscale data center sites nationwide based on power, fiber, land, and market demand.
• Structure and secure new site acquisitions including options, purchase agreements, and JV or land-banking.
• Lead zoning and entitlement processes with jurisdictions, consultants, and legal counsel to secure approvals.
• Oversee horizontal development: design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction with the development team.
