Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Vice President, Preconstruction to lead strategic planning, design integration, and execution readiness for large-scale data center developments across North America. You will drive the full preconstruction lifecycle—from site validation to construction transition—aligning with power-first strategies and AI workloads.

The role demands 15+ years in related leadership, deep power/site due diligence, and ability to manage multi-phase campus builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in preconstruction, development, design, or construction leadership.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or campus-style developments.

Responsibilities

• Define preconstruction strategy and scalable delivery models.
• Lead due diligence, power availability, and permitting processes.
• Coordinate early-stage design and basis-of-design development.
• Ensure handoffs to construction with defined scope and budgets.
