Job summary

Axon is seeking a visionary Vice President of Customer Success to lead a ~100-person team supporting U.S. Public Safety customers. You will shape strategy, scale processes, and drive adoption across products, with field presence and executive-level engagement.

This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You will travel 30–40% to spend time with customers, coach Directors and Managers, and partner with Sales,

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in Customer Success or related fields.
• Proven track record transforming and scaling CS orgs.
• Strong understanding of product adoption, retention and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ~100-person CS org with Directors and Managers.
• Build processes and operating rhythms for scalable CS.
• Own budgets, headcount planning and org design.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support and Marketing on customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption, customer health metrics and proactive engagement.
