Axon seeks a Vice President of Customer Success to lead an approximately 100-person organization across the U.S. Public Safety sector.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, pro-active customer engagement, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support. You will spend meaningful time in the field, define world-class operating rhythms, and own the budget and headcount strategy as Axon grows.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Customer Success or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading a large, multi-layered customer-facing organization.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred.
• Strong SaaS product adoption and customer-health knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an approx. 100-person Customer Success org across Directors and Managers.
• Define world-class Customer Success and scalable processes.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support and other teams to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Own budgets, headcount planning and organizational design as the business grows.
