Job summary

Axon is seeking a visionary Vice President of Customer Success to lead a ~100-person team across US Public Safety clients. You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will spend time with customers in the field, build leadership bench, and create scalable processes that improve product adoption and customer health. A strong SaaS background and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Customer Success or related leadership experience.
• Automatically promotes front-line managers to senior leaders and drives scale.
• Proven ability to transform or scale a Customer Success organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 100-person Customer Success organization.
• Build a high-performance culture with clear expectations and succession plans.
• Define operating rhythms, KPIs, dashboards and accountability.
• Advise on budget, headcount planning, and org design as the business grows.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Support to drive adoption and outcomes.
