Job summary

Axon seeks a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a ~100-person organization serving U.S. Public Safety customers.

You will shape strategy, build processes, and ensure proactive engagement with field teams across major hubs like Scottsdale, Boston, Seattle, Atlanta, and New York. You will own budgets and headcount, partner with Product and Sales, and drive adoption, risk management, and customer outcomes through metrics and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Customer Success leadership.
• Experience leading a large, multi-layered customer-facing org.
• Strong SaaS experience with focus on adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an approximately 100-person CS organization.
• Define world-class CS and build scalable processes, systems, and playbooks.
• Drive adoption, customer health, and executive engagement across accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to align initiatives.
• Own CS budget, headcount planning, and operating rhythms.
