Job summary

Seismic seeks a visionary VP of Customer Success focused on Financial Services, leading strategy, execution, and a world-class CS organization to maximize value for FS clients using the Seismic Enablement Cloud.

You will partner with executives across Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing to align FS regulatory needs with product strategy, drive retention and expansion, and champion customer outcomes at the highest levels of the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading CS or post-sales in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading CS teams within Financial Services (Banking, Wealth, Insurance, or Capital Markets).
• 5+ years of enterprise client management with large FS customers.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale CS organizations and processes.
• Proven retention, growth, and customer satisfaction track record across a large base.
• Strong leadership, decision-making with operational rigor.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for C-level engagements.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics, lifecycle dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Seismic's Customer Success org across Commercial to Enterprise FS segments.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion with FS customers and exec sponsors.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing to translate customer needs into product strategy.
• Build scalable CS processes, tools, and metrics for growth and efficiency.
• Coach and grow a high-performance CS team dedicated to Financial Services.
