Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in a client/stakeholder role with 5+ years in leadership.
• Preferably SaaS experience and renewal process understanding.
• Ability to design processes and prioritize ruthlessly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers across levels.
• Build Trusted Advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Escalate and resolve customer challenges to successful outcomes.
• Provide account transparency using data to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Forecast renewals and manage expansions with Sales.
• Collaborate with Services, Sales, and Marketing to grow presence.
