Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Vice President, CRM & Platforms Lead to own and evolve its Salesforce ecosystem and broader sales enablement technology platform. This role partners with senior business leaders to drive CRM strategy, data quality, reporting, and analytics across the distribution organization.

You will lead strategic roadmap, governance, and platform enhancements, mentor a CRM professional, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a B2B setting.
• Ownership of CRM strategy, governance, and roadmap execution.
• Strong Salesforce architecture, reporting, analytics, and data management.
• Experience turning business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic roadmap, governance, and administration of Salesforce CRM and related sales enablement platforms
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Finance to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement
• Drive CRM adoption, usability, and data quality initiatives to improve business outcomes and sales effectiveness
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for executive decision-making
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions and enhancement projects
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, project execution, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners for platform enhancements and integrations
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve user experience
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and platform best practices
• Manage and develop a CRM professional responsible for user support, requirements gathering, testing, and delivery
