Job summary

Cohen & Steers is seeking a Vice President, CRM & Platforms Lead to develop and manage our distribution tech stack, administering Salesforce and related technologies. You will drive a strategic CRM roadmap, monitor usage, and collaborate across Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Technology, Marketing and Finance to deliver prioritized platform enhancements.

You will lead a team, ensure data quality, provide training, and build reporting to support business development in a hybrid NYC

Qualifications

7+ years B2B Salesforce administration.
Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline business analysis.
Adept at communicating complex concepts with business partners to co-develop CRM deliverables.
Ability to develop and maintain roadmaps and identify dependencies for medium-to-large initiatives.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Business Analyst preferred).
Experience integrating Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Marketo, Seismic).
Proven leadership and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior partner to Head of Sales Enablement with focus on usability and analytics impact.
Partner with Sales leadership to translate opportunities into platform and data solutions.
Translate technical issues into business requirements across units.
Collaborate with IT and leverage AI to architect solutions and define epics.
Audit CRM data quality and monitor KPI dashboards.
