Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Director of Corporate Systems to lead CRM strategy, architecture, and platform governance across the GTM stack. You will drive Salesforce-based initiatives, enable intelligent automation with Einstein 1 and Agentforce, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT on enterprise transformations.

You will manage a high-performing global team, ensure platform reliability, and report on business impact to executives.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
10+ years in Salesforce platform leadership.
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and connected GTM systems.
Strong knowledge of data modeling and CRM analytics.
Experience leading large, global teams and enterprise-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Define and govern CRM platform vision and roadmap across Lead-to-Cash lifecycles.
Architect and optimize CRM platforms and integrations with marketing automation, ERP, CLM, and BI tools.
Lead adoption of Einstein 1, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud for intelligent automation.
Manage a global team across India and US with focus on DevOps, architecture, and delivery excellence.
Establish governance for CRM programs and stakeholder reporting, including during M&A.
