Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Salesforce implementation strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Oversee CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) with lifecycle management.
- Define platform standards, release management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Drive data quality, AI enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Propel user adoption, change management, and post-launch optimization.
