Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Vice President, Corporate Strategy to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and advise the executive team. You will source, lead, and deliver initiatives across the organization, leveraging the firm’s consulting heritage and data-driven approach.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to shape long-term plans, manage a strategy team, and ensure initiatives align with business objectives and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of strategy or management consulting experience.
• Ten+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate programs.
• Experience using analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and drive decisions.
• Ability to solve problems and optimize program outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate broad demand requests into structured, executable project plans.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses with rigor and speed.
• Develop proficiency with QTS data sources and industry data.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Build and lead a team of strategic analysts at multiple levels.
• Foster relationships across QTS organizations to accelerate outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to shifting priorities.
