Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision for Zoom's enterprise financial planning function. You will own long-range planning, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasting, while guiding a multi-level FP&A team and partnering with C-suite leaders.

Your work will shape capital allocation, earnings narratives, and strategic investments across the business. You will translate strategy into actionable models and dashboards, support investor relations, and present to the board.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA designation is a plus.
• Proven track record building and leading multi-level finance teams with rigor and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts.
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans for executives.
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and investor relations support.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations activities.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end enterprise budget process and resource allocation decisions.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization with a culture of excellence.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics for efficiency.
