Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to define the vision for the enterprise financial planning function, owning long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting. You will advise the C-suite, deliver scenarios and capital allocation insights, and guide a multi-level FP&A organization.

You will lead board presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support while driving adoption of modern planning tools and AI analytics across the function.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multi-level finance teams with rigor and continuous improvement.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with C-suite, board and IR experience.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue scale; board reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan; AI-powered analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, annual plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate strategy into analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical execution plans.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation guidance.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support.
• Build financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis for real-time visibility.
• Own the end-to-end enterprise budget process and resource allocation decisions.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization with a culture of excellence.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics to raise impact.
