Job summary

Zoom seeks a Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision for enterprise planning, owning the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts that shape the company's financial trajectory. Reporting to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO, you'll advise the C-suite with insights, scenario analyses, and capital allocation recommendations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience
• 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus
• Experience with board reporting, earnings processes and investor relations
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue scale
• Familiarity with modern planning tools like Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide FP&A cycle: long-range plan, AOP, quarterly forecasts
• Translate strategy into analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analysis and capital allocation
• Lead board-level presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis
• Own the end-to-end enterprise budget process and resource allocation
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization
• Champion adoption of modern planning tools and AI-powered analytics
