Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts. You will partner with the C-suite, deliver scenario analyses, and drive capital allocation decisions that shape Zoom's financial trajectory.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance experience.
5+ years leading an FP&A or corporate finance function at scale in tech.
Proven track record building high-performing finance teams.
Deep expertise in long-range planning, modeling, and capital allocation.
Exceptional communication and executive presence with C-suite influence.
Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue scale; board reporting preferred.
Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan; AI analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, operating plan, and quarterly forecasting.
Translate strategy into analytical frameworks for executive decision-making.
Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
Lead board-level financial presentations and investor relations support.
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and variance analysis across functions.
Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end and drive resource allocation.
Develop a multi-level FP&A organization and foster continuous improvement.
Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
