Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision and lead the enterprise planning function, overseeing long-range planning, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts. You will advise the C-suite and partner across functions to align capital allocation with strategy.

You will build robust models and dashboards, drive board presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support while developing a high-performing team and embracing modern planning tools and AI-powered analytics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing, multi-level finance teams.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with experience influencing C-suite, board, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS/UCaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue scale; exposure to board reporting and investor relations.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans for executive decision-making.
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation recommendations.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks.
• Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end and drive accountability across units.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
