Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision and direction for enterprise financial planning, owning long-range, annual, and quarterly processes. You will advise the C-suite, deliver scenario analyses, and guide capital allocation decisions that shape Zoom's financial trajectory.

You will lead a multi-level FP&A team, deliver board-level presentations, and drive modernization of planning tools and AI-powered analytics to elevate strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience
• 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance in a public or high-growth tech company
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
• Proven track record building and leading multi-level finance teams
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation
• Strong communication and executive presence with C-suite and boards
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise technology at $1B+ revenue scale

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, annual plan, quarterly forecasts.
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks, reporting, and tactical plans.
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end and drive cross-unit accountability.
• Develop and guide a multi-level Corporate FP&A team with a culture of rigor and improvement.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus

15+ years of progressive finance experience

5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in tech

Executive leadership and people management

Strong financial modeling and long-range planning

Strategic capital allocation and scenario analysis

Excellent communication with C-suite and boards

Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue
