Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision for the enterprise financial planning function. You will own long-range planning, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts, influencing strategic decisions at the executive level.

You will lead a multi-level team, present to the board, and partner across functions to align capital allocation with growth goals. Prior success in public or high-growth tech finance is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years leading an FP&A or corporate finance function at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
• Experience with board reporting, earnings processes, and investor relations.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle (long-range plan, AOP, quarterly forecasts).
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks and clear reporting structures.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation recommendations.
• Lead board-level financial presentations and earnings preparation.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
