Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision for enterprise financial planning, owning the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts that shape Zoom’s financial trajectory. You will report to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO and advise the C-suite with insights, scenario analyses, and capital allocation recommendations.

Qualifications

15 years of progressive finance experience
5 years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in tech
MBA/CPA/CFA designation is a plus

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle (long-range plan, annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts).
Translate financial strategy into actionable analytical frameworks and reporting structures.
Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite, delivering scenario analyses and capital allocation recommendations.
Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations support.
Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks.
Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end and drive resource allocation decisions.
Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization.
Champion adoption of modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
