Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to define the vision for the enterprise financial planning function. You will own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts, reporting to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO.

You’ll guide board-level presentations, earnings reporting, and investor relations while managing a multi-level FP&A team. The role requires 15+ years in finance with 5+ years leading FP&A in a public or high-growth tech company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting.
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks and reporting structures for executive decision-making.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end enterprise budgeting and resource allocation across units.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization for continuous improvement.
• Champion adoption of modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
