Job summary

Intermedia Intelligent Communications is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting organization and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive strategic value and enterprise-wide initiatives.

The role oversees accounting, audit, tax, and internal controls, shaping a high-performing finance team across regions. SF Bay Area HQ; remote options available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/Accounting or Finance degree from a four-year accredited university.
• CPA certification (inactive acceptable).
• 15+ years of progressive accounting management experience, Big-Four experience preferred.
• Industry experience in Software/SaaS/Unified Communications and/or Telecom.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audit leadership, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations with GAAP-compliant reporting and close processes.
• Oversee external audits, regulatory compliance, and tax functions.
• Maintain accounting policies and records per GAAP; ensure internal controls.
