Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles such as Corporate Controller or VP of Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC guidance, consolidations, internal controls, financial reporting and audits.
• Experience in multi-entity environments with treasury, intercompany accounting, and consolidations.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience; familiarity with ERP integrations, automation, and AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting organization and ensure timely close, reporting, audit, tax, settlements and compliance.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with clear schedules and accountability.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany activity and subsidiary reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; strengthen governance and audit readiness.
• Lead annual financial statement audit and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Oversee cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, banking, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Lead finance systems roadmap including NetSuite optimization and AI-enabled tooling.
• Partner with business leaders to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing accounting team; support CFO on liquidity and strategic initiatives.
